He was graduated in Mechanical Engineering in 1978, professional experience in design of mechanical equipment, and since 1993 professional experience with industrial property matters within the BPO. Industrial Property Agent duly registered with Brazilian Patent Office under number 968. He is Member of Union of Translators of Rio de Janeiro.
